These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StyleVeil’s website and services. By using this website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions stated herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Eligibility

To make purchases through our website, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Capable of entering a legally binding agreement under applicable laws.

3. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge and accuracy.

  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, prices, or services without notice.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Retail Orders:

  • Preparation time: 1–3 days

  • Transit time: 4–7 days

Wholesale Orders:

  • Minimum quantity: 50 pcs (with 10 pcs per design)

  • Hijabs & niqabs: Minimum 24 pcs

  • Preparation time: 10–20 days

  • Transit time: 5–10 working days (subject to customs and destination)

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using trusted courier partners including DPD, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. StyleVeil is not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties in the destination country.

5. Returns & Refunds

Retail Orders:

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Wholesale Orders:

  • No returns accepted for international wholesale orders.

6. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

  • Western Union

All payments must be completed before order dispatch. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored on our website.

7. Intellectual Property
