2. Shipping Timeframes
Retail Orders:
Order Preparation Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–7 business days (depending on the destination and shipping carrier)
Wholesale Orders:
Order Preparation Time: 10–20 business days
Transit Time: 5–10 working days (subject to customs clearance and destination formalities)
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but customs delays or unforeseen events may occasionally affect transit times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination country. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.
Retail Orders:
Shipping costs for retail orders are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
Wholesale Orders:
Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on package weight and destination. Orders over 50 pieces benefit from reduced shipping rates.
4. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for all retail and wholesale orders. Please be aware that customers outside of the UAE may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Order Delays
While we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with updated tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
